How to Purchase items on Jambootan

Once you have an account with Jambootan you are free to purchase any items on the site as long as you agree to the sellers terms and conditions.

Simply search for your item using the search bar or Browse through the Categories on the left hand side until you reach the desired subcategory.

At this stage your results will show all of the products in the subcategory of your choice which you can filter further by selecting the attributes on the right hand side.

Once you have filtered your results, you can VIEW each item individually.

If you wish to purchase an item, simply click on the BUY NOW button after which you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to purchase the item.

Once you confirm your purchase, you have committed to purchase the item and will be subject to the
sellers terms and conditions. Please note that failure to pay promptly may result in you receiving bad
feedback or even the removal of your account in extreme circumstances.

Jambootan will then take you to the checkout.

The checkout gives you the sellers details, your delivery address and confirmation of the item you are
purchasing along with the total charges.

If you wish to change the delivery address, you can do so in the CHANGE DELIVER ADDRESS selection
box.

You must agree to both Jambootan terms and conditions and the sellers terms and conditions before
proceeding to the next stage by clicking the CONTINUE WITH ORDER button.

The final stage to purchase an item is paying for it .

Jambootan uses Paypal as it is a secure way to do online financial transactions. You will be automatically directed to Paypal from Jambootan to pay for the item, where you can either set up a paypal account or pay by various card options.

Once you have paid for your item, you will be sent a confirmation email from
Jambootan containing a receipt of the item you have purchased and the invoice break down of the
costs of the Item, postage and packaging and VAT.

Please keep this until you are happy that you have received your item and that it has been sold as
advertised.

The seller may also send you receipt and delivery information, which we would suggest you keep for
your records.

Then all that remains is for you to enjoy your new purchase.
