This beautiful Victorian antique walnut adjustable piano stool / dressing table stool ca 1860 has the style and quality of the renowned maker Gillows and has been stamped with the cabinet makers initials HB. The antique stool has a neutral upholstered circular top with matching braid above a beautiful turned carved pedestal. The antique stool stands on tripod scrolled splayed beautifully carved legs and this beautiful piece of antique furniture is a rich golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
